Noni juice MUST be taken on an empty stomach. No food is to be eaten for one-half hour after.

you're confused elizabeth, the first person was not saying to take during or after meals they were asking silly. i just bought some today im looking forward to seeing how it goes though the taste does make it rather difficult..

No one said to take it during or after meals, that was a question.
The only time you need to take anything with or after food is if it will harm your stomach in its normal concentration. Given that this fruit is eaten as a staple in some places, it's highly unlikely that it would be harmful to the stomach. For best results, you should take this on an empty stomach, but to say you MUST eat this on an empty stomach seems silly.

i hav been using this for the last 6months....i hav observed changes in my digestive system....my body got used to dis drink that if i drink it only my digestive action is good...if i stop drinking it for 2 or 3 days.....its hard to digest...
