I don't understand these comments. One says to take during or after meals, and the other saids to take on an empty stomach. Which is right?

louise 24.02.2010. 03:08

you're confused elizabeth, the first person was not saying to take during or after meals they were asking silly. i just bought some today im looking forward to seeing how it goes though the taste does make it rather difficult..

bhuvana 07.03.2010. 01:46

I like this article , should feeding mothers can drink noni ?

Nelson 17.04.2010. 12:08

No one said to take it during or after meals, that was a question.

The only time you need to take anything with or after food is if it will harm your stomach in its normal concentration. Given that this fruit is eaten as a staple in some places, it's highly unlikely that it would be harmful to the stomach. For best results, you should take this on an empty stomach, but to say you MUST eat this on an empty stomach seems silly.

read the comments again, the 1st one is asking whether to take before or after meals NOT saying. The second is replying by saying you must take it on empty stomach 1/2 hr before meals ...
